Oh my God you’re so lucky Tiffani! Unfortunately, on my scan those two Fragrances, they smell that way and I boil it down. That is the oak moss that develops that way on my skin, so I know it Hass to be my own DNA that does that because other people obviously love that fragrance, low-key jealous 😂😂 but super excited that it works for you 🤗🤗🥰🥰😘😘

Did you try Ruby n vanilla intense?? For the vanilla perfume. It’s long lasting and projects. However it’s more than just vanilla.

I do have Ruby N Vanilla I like it but I’m looking for something more Vanilla and Gourmand but airy at the same time. Like Vanilla 28 but with the performance of Oud for greatness 😂😂 it might not exist

These videos are very important. Cant always share the good. You have to share the bad as well. It makes your channel wholesome and feel 💯 authentic. Alot of chanels only share the good so it comes off suspicious

That is exactly what I was thinking we can just only talk about the good things and although I try to keep my channel as positive as possible, I also want to share fragrances that I don’t enjoy specially if they’re getting a lot of popularity, I know that there were a lot of people that have also expressed that they don’t enjoy this fragrances and they feel a little bit less alone. I’m super excited about that and gives me the freedom to know that I can continue doing videos like this. Haven’t tried Tribeca, but I have no interest in trying anything from the Bond 9 house anymore. After blind buying full bottles of a few of their best sellers (Chinatown & Greenwich Village - what a mess those are), I understand why they are not really a respected house among serious fragrance connoisseurs. Note Vanille used to be beautiful, but sadly was ruined by reformulation.

I knew it that they had to reformulated, there was too many inconsistencies in the color of the juice, and definitely the way to fragrance smells. It’s so sad when fragments houses do that 💔🥺😞

Oh, i think you might change your mind about Vaniglia. The juice is so oily and sticks to your skin for hours! I get some serious compliments and whiffs of it through out the day. Resembles Vanilla West Indies and Tihota. Delicious! I do agree with you regarding Note Vanille though. It is a buttery, floral vanilla. Not for me, but the hype led me to blind but it. Not good.

I was on the same boat. The hype was so high I was about to buy both of them Bline bought, I just don’t understand why Vaniglia how to be so light it barely smells like vanilla I was hoping for some thing creamy very thick on the vanilla. I’m not sure exactly what went wrong. 😞

@ScentedLifestyle interesting that it's not light for me. In fact, I could even say it Is rather strong for a vanilla, and sweet. However, I do spray a lot. For me, Note vanille is very strong at the beginning but quickly becomes a skin scent. Let's see if you change your mind about Mazzolari, Vaniglia. I am now thinking of wearing it today.

I am part of the Mazzolari Vaniglia makes the angels sing group lol. Have you tried Jovoy Fire at will or Vanextasy Maison Tahité? They aren't baking vanilla - vanilla but they have excellent Silage and Projection on me.

BR 540 does not work for me at all, a coworker wore it the other day and I was like, you're wearing BR 540 , I don't get the sweetness everyone talks about , even on someone else wearing it, Tribeca has a similar DNA, oakmoss in fragrance always swings me to BR540, fortunately I smell the hazelnut/ choc , I do wish it was sweeter tho

Same happened to me with Gris Charnel! And l Love love Pas Ce Soir too❤. Same with Tribeca but for me was the hazelnut note … l Live in a warm weather so they are very difficult for me to wear them. Nevertheless, l can appreciate them but not on me ☹️. We have very similar taste… a Hundred Silent Ways is one of my signature scents ( Do you like any other Nishane fragrance? I tried Ani but it wasn’t for me)… love your videos and thank you ❤! Btw l just got Red Temptation Summer ( as you suggest it lol) and do you think is a dupe for Greenwich Village?!? 😮

Tea scents for me are a little bit finicky I prefer white tea than anything else. It becomes a little bit more like a spa, bright, tranquil fragrance, but anything darker not so much my vibe. Omg if they bring out an extrait version of pas ce soir with great performance I would be the best news ever!

Oh wow….finally someone who agrees with me about Gris Charnel! It’s too masculine if you ask me so I gave it to my husband. It’s great but I prefer it on hubby. Not a huge fan of MFK’s Grand Soir either…also no to Oud Satin Mood. Maybe I’m just boring but those perfumes just give me manly vibes. Gave them all to hubby after I payed for everything with his hard earned money! Lucky guy! 🤓😅😅 My scent of the day is Givenchy’s L’interdit Rouge. We just like what we like and would like more feminine Fragrances I want to love Gran Soir but for some reason I’m not able to get on board. But I love the way the color of the juice looks so beautiful, but I’m not gonna buy a fragrance dress for the color of the Juice, I officially have to be able to wear it. I have to revisit l’interdit rouge I believe last time I smelled it there was a sesame note that I am a little bit iffy about but I have to revisit it again. It’s very popular in a lot of people like it.

I felt the same way about Gris Charnel. I’m just not a fig lover. However, mix it with Blanch Bete. That’s how I’m able to tolerate it. I love Blanche Bete and if you put that on top of Gris Charnel, it makes it smell amazing to my nose. I have the original cube of Note Vanille. My bottle is 2 years old and my juice is a deep amber and it smells absolutely amazing! It’s a delicious boozy vanilla. I’m so glad I have the original bottle because it’s gorgeous.

I also didnt like Gris Charnel it smelled awful on my skin i also dont like dark thee smells. It smells medicinal to me. I actually own the fragrance Tribeca. I like it the moss and the dry down is very sweet. I get a huge ambroxan moss in the beginning and then it gets sweet. I also have Greenwich Village and love it! I wanted to try Vaniglia. you may love Guerlain spiritueuse double vanille the reformation is soft but if you can manage to get an older bottle they are quite rare it is so much stronger and deeper. I tried Dolce Diablo also didnt care much for it but i think I need to try it again. Dolce Diablo smells gourmand for men

I’m so happy to Tribeca works for you, as I said it to me one of my favorite if not, my favorite bottle from the brand it’s just the moss on my skin doesn’t work at all. I did try spiritueuse double vanille and I didn’t like it. There was something that was in working for me. I also tried Angelique noir, and it didn’t work out either. 🥺🥺 I don’t even know if they’re vanilla I’m envisioning in my mind exist. Maybe it doesn’t. 😂😂

Love these type videos.. my expectations for Vaniglia were also real high, but i felt underwhelmed when i tried it. Not enough power or depth in my opinion. Love Gris Charnel and Dulce Diablo though 😔....😊... if you haven't already, try EBK's Ruby N Vanilla Intense, an airy but intensely rich vanilla, Sana Jardin's Vanilla Nomad, a resinous syrupy vanilla and Jacques Fath's Tempête D'Automme a woody spicy vanilla with ambery undertones..all are super gorgeous

I do have already ruby and vanilla, but I find that the tangerine note is a little too predominant I like the fragrance I just don’t like the tangerine note on it in terms of what I’m envisioning the perfect vanilla to be. I didn’t like Gris Charnel, Note Vanille, or Vaniglia either. Vaniglia turned into straight up cloying cotton candy on me after about 30min. I was so disappointed. Too bad you don’t want Accident ala Vanille. It’s really gorgeous! One of my fave vanillas. I could absolutely bathe myself in Dulce Diablo though. I’m utterly in love with that scent.

Have you tried Escapade Gourmande? It’s very close to vanilla bean Noel and Tihota. And very strong. Comes in 100ml. I honestly don’t like perfumes that are just vanilla, they are boring. I need other things going on in the fragrance. I just layer a cheapy vanilla with something else or EOS vanilla cashmere body lotion is really good to layer with.

Hey Stephanie! I did get a chance of smelling, escapade gourmand and I really love it! It comes across a little bit more like sugar to me instead of vanilla, but it’s definitely on my wish list so eventually I will add a bottle to the Collection for sure 🥰

In 2023 I finally got the lesson (no blind buying...do not become a victim of the hype) this wake up call happened after purchasing Rosendo Mateu No. 5 ( now decluttered) I tried to like it ..but nope.

These videos are really important Moraima to temper down all the hype on some perfumes! 😉 The best example for me is Hundred Silent Ways that I keep seeing on every spring list and I just can’t wear that one. It’s like a cheap bottle of shampoo to me. On the other hand, Gris Charnel is one that I truly love. Tribeca smells like pee on me too. My favorite vanilla is Tihota , but Accident À La Vanille is amazing you have to try it! Note Vanillee smells very boozy citrusy on me, I smell more mandarin orange and cognac than Vanilla, was a disappointment for me.

I did try the latest release of black opium, it’s pretty it’s actually the best in my opinion out of everything they have launched in the past, except for Nuit Blanche which I also enjoy a lot, but it’s discontinued, of course 🙄 The only reason why I didn’t buy that new launch of opium is because I have too many fragrances that are starting to smell like and I’m trying to be better about not having too much repetition, but if I didn’t, I would definitely added to the Collection I think it’s a pretty one

I can completely see how that can make you feel blue, I agree that it is in that Jeandre, as well as Gris Dior, I felt the same way when I smelt it on the counter it was super hype, so I went to see if I would want to buy a bottle, but it smells like a stormy day. I think there actually is a moss substitute that comes off like that. Paco Rabanne uses it and on my skin it comes off like pool chlorine. 😆 So you may have something there Moraima! 😄

I couldn’t get down with Gris Charnel either, and note’ vanille is literally #1 on my hate list and there are only 3 on the list haha. It smells like dirty butt straight up I just don’t understand. I saw something about a reformulation, and I tested it (blind bought a bottle 🙄) directly from M Micallef in 2019. It was bad on paper and HORRENDOUS on my skin. I have no idea what note does that but it rised above alien essence absolu and mukhallet on my sh*t list of 3 😬
