A dash of bitters varies greatly on the bottle and how full it is. I’ve come across bottles that poured so heavy one dash was too much. That bottle was pouring super aggressively based on what I could see.

It's definitely a delicious classic. So between this and the Gold Rush, which do you prefer. I feel like the Bees has more going on in it, and it depends on the gin. The Gold Rush tastes the same. I feel no matter if you swap out the whiskey/ Bourbon
