Consuming that high of protein is pretty unnecessary I would recommend to take the fit crunch bars out and replace those calories with something balanced to round out your diet but over looks pretty nutritious

@@520bert420 these exercises are primarily for activation and increasing shoulder mobility. You would definitely need heavier weights and I would recommend different exercises for mass or hypertrophy
