Im actually intentionally rounding my back like that when I pick up the weights as a little mini exercise to work on strengthening those lower back muscles. It’s safe and controlled because I am strong enough to do that movement with 100lbs. But you are correct. If I was using heavier weights that is definitely a very good way to injure your back. I should probably stress that so more inexperienced people don’t copy that. Thank you
