WHILE mesh optimization is rhetorically a valued argument - recreation miners are after it all... should there be a prospecting quantity to justify screening the argument remains HOW MUCH REMAINS IN THE TAILINGS? Bottom line - HOW BEST TO RECOVER ALL THE Au? Shaker table, jig, sluice, leach or PAN etc? Do you really recover more value by screening? Doubt it... Suggest you pan it before taking the time and effort to screen separate.. had you put the same effort into recovery your return is likely greater..

I saw a $17 utility shovel at Ace Hardware and immediately thought of doing this. You’ve confirmed that it’s possible 😂 I’m going to weld some plate onto the area where you press on the shovel with your boot so it has more surface area.

Well it has a prospecting mode and finds treasure so myself and pretty much every other gold channel consider them part of the tool kit. But there’s always some keyboard miner wanting to chime in and sound dumb! Thanks for the laugh! And learn how to spell!

@ I kinda figured something like that happened. I think I’ll see if I can make my own. I have a surplus store near me. So if I can figure out the motor speed I’m pretty sure I can make one. I hope it dose come available on Prospectors Dream but the prices I’ve seen were very expensive for the Rollie Polly.

As a 'retiree', I've become *EXTREMELY* lazy, and if I don't get my butt up and get moving soon? I'll be 500 pounds before I know it! This seems like something I can enjoy and maybe make some extra money while I'm getting back into shape. As a fisherman, I hiked into many likely looking spots over the many years, and while I'm no longer _'part mountain goat'_ (I'm sure you know what I mean), I can still travel the flatter ground with a bucket of gear. So I'm going to jump into detecting for gold! I'll probably buy the _'Fisher Gold Bug Pro'_ and the _'Nokta PulseDive Pinpointer'._ (along with the pan, classifier, bottle, etc.) I've got the entire setup in my _'cart'_ right now and the total is $435. (Cheaper than going to some weight loss farm) I live a 'stones throw' from the lower Sandy river, so I'm sure I'll have to drive up to Zigzag or some other place further up the river. Thanks for the video! I need all the encouragement I can find!
