I was at that same hole and i showed up after work around 4 there is 2 large rocks right in the middle of that creek i started digging and i ended,up finding my best ever there. I stayed till 11 at night filling the back of my truck up not expecting the amount i was finding. I ended,up getting a huge huge flake almost half gram flake it was so skinny but almost a half,inch long it was rusty on one side maybe from sitting on the red clay. Anyways nice to see people having fun btw i pulled over 2 grams that night. Funny thing was someone had the hole dug i just kept on it

So I looked up Lawson bar on Google maps and I see there is a Lawson bar road on both sides of the river. Would you know how to direct me to the rite side or spot?

Sorry you missed it but we will be doing another one next year we try to do it right before the Oregon gold show. We are just not sure yet where next year is going to be whether it’s going to be in Portland or down south.
