Did you have any quality issues, missing pieces, etc? I saw customer service was very bad from Amazon reviews. And how fast does it go throttle only? Great video, thanks!
@gettingoutdoors256Күн бұрын
@@johnbmueller I’ve bought three different e-bikes from Amazon so far and haven’t had any missing parts or quality issues with shipping yet. Maybe I’m just getting lucky though I guess but so far I’ve had pretty good experiences. When the battery is fully charged, it will go around 25 to 30 miles an hour full throttle, depending on the incline it could vary, but on a pretty decent straightaway, it can get going pretty fast and do this for at around an hour before noticing any drop in power. Mine here though is the older version that only goes 34 miles an hour top speed. These new ones that are on Amazon now are going 40 miles an hour. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching and the feedback.

Whats the top speed you've ever gone on it? Most miles you've gone on it? and how good are the breaks? seriously considering on buying 2
@gettingoutdoors25610 күн бұрын
@@matthewromero7226 mine is the older model that tops out at 33 miles an hour, but the new ones however tops out at 40 mph. As of right now, I have over 260 miles on it and it’s still running great. The brakes at first were a little spongy and squeaky, sounding like an angry goose. But after some break-in there now locking up nicely with no squeaking. It’s definitely a great bike and for the price point you can’t go wrong.

Damn i just got the same stove for my helsport varanger camp lavvo. Wish you have done the review week ago (facepalm). Any solution for that hole at the top? Maybe steel plate and rock on top will do...
@gettingoutdoors25624 күн бұрын
I just ended up welding the top cover in. I did try putting a flat oven tray on top with weight. It did help a little bit but would still get smoke coming in from time to time. I thought about putting a stove gasket in there, but just decided to weld it in instead and doing that fixed the problem. In all, it’s definitely a great stove, I just don’t know why on earth they would put that on the top of it knowing that when you close the damper, smoke would come out from it.

I'm going to test using water proofing sprays meant for sealing tents and jackets. Seems like it would have the same qualities, and possibly last longer.. or shorter.. idk yet

Nice! I just got that boat and the 34 lb thrust minn kota. But when I use a 100ah SLA battery I don think I would get the same range. I have run it for maybe an 2 hour at max power level 5 and it used nearly 25-30 amps if I recall or well it got down to 12.4v. What speed you running at?
