Dear friend ,i was doing adjustment of tappet in old bullet ,after completed the adjustment, i locked the nut ,but unfortunately bolt get cracked ,now i am going to get new tappet rod ,is any special adjustment at intial stage or in routine normal adjustment

@@khalildar5013 it should be thumb push when you tight the nut. Basically push rod should rotate but not loose or not too much tight. This is skill based. So you will take time but you can do it after few attempts. Good luck.

@@MechAutoClinicsir The UCAL carburetor company introduced E20 kit for royal enfield bs3 bs4 carburetor, it's contains 1 diaphragm needle 1 & air screw orings 2 & 1 pilot jet & 1 slow speed jet & 1 drain screw oring & carburetor fuel container oring ,,total 10 pieces all rubber orings comes in green colour ,it's cost mrp 624 rs

@supremekailash33 there is no such E20 kit and ucal is selling carbs to RE from long time. The video shows BS/CV which is the same ucal carb.

@@BinuPortBlair the screw for idle adjust without adjusting TPS. But if you adjust butterfly then TPS range also gets change. The screw for butterfly is for adjusting the butterfly st first place(venturi opening). Then they adjust the TPS once it is done then they adjust idle screw again. Or you can say simultaneously all settings

@@MechAutoClinic I got an early B1 with V cut, 3 point breather pipe arrangement and pressure release valve and no drain nut. Issue is that the battery is not charging properly and it grains out when riding with headlights on...

@@msxlik discoloration happens not because of heating. But what you see in the video is due to engine oil. And you don't need to use high temperature. Normal hot air gun Or just normal flame thrower like gas based or kerosene based torch.

@@MechAutoClinic My dear ,my context is that whenever it is point or ,tappet settings ,every mechinic keep 4the gear for piston at TDC which i have seen in utube ,but you say in this vedio keep 2 nd gear for piston at TDC .Is any impact on setting of parts of ci bullet with 4 th & 2nd gear

@@khalildar5013 oh got it... Nope nothing specific. You can go upto 4th gear. It is just a method to rotate the crank to get the setting point. First is also fine but then it takes lot of energy to rotate the crank due to hear ratio. On KZbin of people have mentioned about 4th then also no issues since it consumes less energy but takes time to rotate the crank. There is no specific gear you need to keep in. I am comfortable with 2nd gear so I said that. Thanks.

@@khalildar5013 tappets make sound but more than that came wheel backlash makes more tik tik sound. Please check my video. It's already there and explained. Unless you re set cams nothing will be perfect in terms of sound.

@@kvlnlokesh6647 why not.... RE engines can be assembled multiple times if everytime done well... If mechanic use proper tools to open and close then no issue. About internal spares then anyways that has got very less life. But dismantling and assembling it perfectly without using brutal force is the main thing.

@@PSBossGaming85 agar woh magnet tuta hain toh woh wapis tutega. And armature main atak jayega jisse air bhi problem hoga starter ko. Load asakta hain agar uska magnetic power unbalance hua hoga toh. Better to replace motor ya purana kisi ka bhi band motor milega usko replace kardo body ke sath.

Mere pass bhi hai electra 5s isme clutch ki setting jese aapne batai vese kar li par isme gear shift karte samay problem hoti hai, esa lagta hai jese gear atak gaya ho or 1st gear se neutral karna to bahut mushkil hai

Sir Royal Enfield BS3 & BS4 uce models have different TCI units and different types of ignition coils in different part numbers available in RE Original Parts for the same twin spark UCE 350 engine. Also, it comes in many colors, like black blue green are all these common? or the pulse timing programming are differ from each models can we fix any type of tci units in uce 350 engine ? Or different? Please post a video about it sir

Hi sir i have 2000 model standerd bullet i have upgrade full wiring and dipper swiches but pass seich operate only bike is when on not work with battery . Is that any problem with wiring or it is correct?? Wiring is new ac dc with separet charger and head light regulater.

All is working fine but pass key is working only when bike is on Not working by battery It is correct or any wrong configuration. I have changed swiches to new model right side swich is parking with head light on of swich Left side is high beaam and low beam and pass key is separate
