Chinmay sir, thank you so much for putting out such informative videos on youtube. My motorcycle is facing exact same issue right now. I own a 1987 Bullet 350 CI which is very dear to me. I moved to Pune from hometown Hyderabad and I wasn't able to find a trusted mechanic here to leave my motorcycle with. Most of the minor (non-engine related) repairs i do myself from learning from your videos. Due to lack of tools and workshop, there is are limited things I can do here. There are a lot of Ticking noises coming from my engine, gave it to a mechanic in bhavnipeth who fixed it but the noise started again in about a month. I don't know what to do with it now.

This fiction plate is must. Is very low thickness.

Sir I have a Thunderbird 350 AVL 2005 model and I have noticed that it has only one dished plate which is the last one and the rest are all flat . Is that a problem?

No. Later models came with one dished only. So don't worry.

Depends on crank case inner margin. And depends on professional.

sir after replacing clutch plate and primary chain the bike runs fine but it won't move backwards in gear while holding clutch. yet it moves both ways in neutral please help

Did you replace only clutch plates or friction plates as well?

Which motorcycle you have? Which friction you did install? There are many types of plates from RE with different thickness.
