I have noticed that the rear door has exposed door hinges with Phillips/Cross head screws. Worried that makes for easy break in. Can you please advise?

I went to a dealer recently and really fell in love with the attention to details, nice design and materials used. I want one! My only 2 concerns are: 1. It needs bigger windows, what’s the point of covering windows with plastic? It’s nice to see more of what is outside. 2. It would be much nicer to have more rectangular shaped popup tent so you have more space when you there. More like a separate room instead of a place just to sleep. Thank you Airstream team you’ve done amazing job👏 the seats in the front next to shower are also really comfortable. I can sit there and work without getting tired or travel long trips. The table is also really nice and sturdy. Please keep future models this way don’t go cheap materials and built quality like some other vans.

The cover above the propane tanks in the front needs to have a serious LOCK to keep the lid from opening (by just anyone). I'd put 2 locks on it, one on each side slightly off-center. One lock with that way-too-flexible (cheap/thin) plastic cover isn't enough, so 2 locks would be more secure/resistant to prying. But really, the cover should be aluminum though -- you know, the material Airstream is known for. That silver colored metal? Aluminum? ;-) You're not thinking security really...anything outside that can be accessed can also be stolen. Especially if parked on the street in most cities with all the trash about nowadays. Please, "Embrace Diversity" -- put serious/robust LOCKS on your TTs. ;-) -- BR

I am a current Airstream owner and bought a Rivian R1-T... so looking for an electric Trailer now. I have put a deposit on the all electric Pebble Flow RV but would love to stay with Airstream. It will be a sad day to sell, but electric is soooo much better in so many ways! Yes, range is an issue, but will plan on short distance trips between RV resorts. Further the Trailers can propel themselves to save on range. And being able to charge the EV and RV at the RV resort is a major game changer! PLEASE make the eStream and I will be the first to buy... it has been 2 years of silence, so I hope to hear an update before I take delivery of the Pebble Flow RV...

I absolutely love my 20FB caravel. I’m 6’1.5” and it fits me and my puppy well. Possibly the best kitchen layout on any model! Good job Airstream.

If a customer pays up front for the work, will Airstream do custom trailer builds? *For instance- On the Flying Cloud 30 FB Bunk (With rear corner bathroom opposite a camp side optional bunk or office space).. Maybe a customer would like to delete the bunk and office and utilize this space for a stacked washer/dryer. In the Classic 33FB, Maybe a customer would prefer to delete the sofa and lounge area and Increase the kitchen space across that opposite wall adding a larger refrigerator, a stand up freezer, and a stacked washer and dryer forward the rear bathroom.. with an Added Camp side bunk Forward the rear bathroom where the sofa was Located.

Have been watching a KZbin channel that talks about all the problems people have with RV’s. Then watched a KZbin of a typical RV manufacturing processes built from inside out and was shocked at the poor quality. Impressed that Airstream tests their units for water leaks before the inside is finished. This seems to be the main problem most RV owners have. Must say Airstream proves you get what you pay for.

One thing I took a hard at while at the factory, all the wood was solid hardwood, high quality plywood with laminations. No particle board, chipboard etc.

Sorry, the solar generation is far too small for long stays in the wilderness. A person would need to drive back to civilisation just to re-charge.

Airstream puts terrible propane cooktops instead of induction electric in their expensive trailers. Indoor air quality suffers. Please! Airstream, switch to induction!!
