I have the 25 and LOVE IT but unfortunately I had to send it in for repair 😢 I wear the bag crossbody and in less than 6 months of moderate use, the leather started coming off the back side due to the handle rubbing against the wrap around leather straps 😢 Contemplating a Speedy 20 and hoping Pharrell gives it to us in Eclipse

When you say the leather started coming off, are you referring to the two vertical leather straps that attach to the handle? Or the leather shoulder strap?

Thanks for your recommendations! I watched this video around beginning of the yr and decided to buy the keepall and guess what, the price increased a few months after I bought it from $3000 SGD to $3300 SGD. I’m so glad I got it as it’s a neutral colour and I can fit a bottle of water so I’m using it almost everyday.

Thanks for the comparison. I have both speedy 20 and keepall XS. Now I want the Keepall 25 for rainy days. Seems like a perfect size and worry free bag. I would get a black leather strap for the 25. Looks better on girls than the original strap imo.

Thanks for posting this video! I’ve been looking at this bag for a few weeks now and wanted to ask how do you like the zipper opening? Since it opens straight (vs curved down the side) do you find it opens wide enough to easily put things in or get things out?
