Thank you so much for watching! I usually don't use organizer 😁 I've been using this since I got it , I'd say the strap is comfortable, I mostly use it as shoulder bag and doesn't fall off my shoulder 😊 The strap is wide and not hard like he ebene ( ex. graceful)

Hi! I'm not sure what's the measurements for the pouch for monogram, I'd assume they're the same ( pm) But this empreinte pouch measurements: 8 and half inches. Hope that helps 😊
