Okay slight correction is needed. ALTTP/Four Swords was on the Gameboy Advance. It is two games in one. It had a port of ALTTP for the GBA, but also a second game attached. An original multiplayer-only game titled Four Swords. Four Swords Adventure was a distant sequel. It was on the GameCube. Also four players. Both Four Swords games are very well known for the Zelda villain Vaati. There is a third game on the GBA also titled “Minish Cap” it is a prequel to Four Swords (not Four Swords Adventure, Four Swords) it takes place before Ocarina of Time and tells the story of a young Hyrule, the origin of Vaati and the forging of the “Four Swords”, this game was developed actually by Capcom. The more you know!

Horizon 1 and 2 are actually both on steam but yeah it is a funny choice for a Lego game. I will say Aloy’s robot dinosaur enemies make for cool Lego designs. Also, Mario Party time means one thing: ALLIANCE I am a snow driven angel middle sister, my new subtitle Also I’m sorry Lunie, A Link Between Worlds is very NOT Toon Link. It’s a completely different artstyle. Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass have that art style because they take place after Wind Waker. A Link Between Worlds is a chibi-ish artstyle but it’s very different from the toon artstyle of WW/PH/ST. I have a strong feeling this game is a sequel to Link’s Awakening hence the same artstyle. It would follow a pattern of other Zelda’s. OOT/MM/TP have a style, WW/PH/ST have theirs, add in BOTW/TOTK. Besides it’s a cute artstyle so it will especially do well for the young girl market they are trying to cash in on with the princess market. And it’s assets and an engine they already have so it saves costs. Win/win for them.

Recettear AND Rune Factory mentioned? Wow what an episode to miss. Though you did have a full stack of guests. But yes, Recettear is a really fun item shop management RPG that I'm surprised the concept happens so rarely.

For anyone wanting to train a Mario amiibo: NEVER. Yes NEVER EVER use down air. If you use it like 5 times he will constantly spam it. I’ve trained 2 Mario amiibos, both have had a down air spam problem

Man, the school memories. In high school, some of my friends showed me that, while the library computers didn't allow installs, you could bring a flash drive with the game iso and full install and run from that. This was in 2010, so flash drives were able to hold a full unpacked install of Starcraft Brood War. I played more multiplayer on those library computers with that group than I did online from home.

My only experience with gaming magazines themselves was Game Informer, where I learned not to buy into hype and that reviews can be subjective. Though PC Gamer shaped a TON of the games of my childhood because my dad had a number of PC Gamer demo disks. It wasn't a ton, I don't remember my dad ever subscribing to the magazine, but I distinctly remember the CDs being labeled with numbers in the 70's. I ended up getting very few of these games and I've forgotten the names of even more, but I remember playing so many game demos over and over as a kid because we just didn't get a ton of new games, so having access to 30+ games per disk was a goldmine. Descent 2 and 3, several strategy games, and of course my niche favorite that NOBODY had heard of, Mordor the Depths of Dejenol, a dungeon crawler RPG that came out the year I was born. The fact that my Dad had saved all these CDs for YEARS meant I inherited a pc gaming childhood beyond my years.

This record might stand for awhile.

I have the Sephiroth and Joker amiibo and these two are INSANE! They'll gang up on you in Team Battles and destroy you quite easily in less than five seconds with their combined strength. They've ripped through every Level 9 CPU I could think of and even took down the world-famous Level 9 CPU Kazuya by working in sync! Both of them are equipped with Legend-Type Attack Spirits and they're my most difficult amiibo to beat! Joker has no Support Spirits equipped, but Sephiroth does.

Beam weapons need to be reloaded because their power cells only last for a couple of shots. (Well, at least that's how they explain it in Elite Dangerous)

Train your amiibo up to level 28-32. Use the moves you think it needs to prioritize the most and don't forget to let it hit you with some of them. Do NOT jump and do an aerial attack and do not go off stage to punish, instead stay on the ground and walk to the edge when you send it off. When YOU get hit in the air, that is when you need to use your aerials! Once you get to level 28 or see that your amiibo is using what you want, pause the game, go to the camera option and the top left trigger button let's you forward the game frame by frame, however, you can still act! Walk to your amiibo and parry every single attack repeatedly. Only after a ridiculous amount of parrying start to parry and then attack. Then turn learning off etc. This is how I consistently make baller amiibo As for if you want to add power or defense, make a single maxed out legendary spirit and only use that one spirit. Your amiibo should get the benefits while changing as little as possible.

One neat piece of trivia about the Aegis amiibo is you can change who it will spawn as by putting the cursor above the other character in the character select screen. This lets you have a Pyra amiibo start as Mythra and vice versa. Additionally, this also works for Pokemon Trainer, but only for the actual trainer amiibo. The individual Pokemon like Squirtle cannot have their starting pokemon changed.

I have amiibos on my Smash Wii-U, but I don't give them equipment, I just like making them face each other. I am curious though as to what are the best ones for amiibos on the Wii-U for my amiibos: Zelda, Cpt Falcon, Cloud, Mewtwo, Palutena, Donkey Kong, Bayonetta and Lucina.
