That plus a house with 5 kw of solar panels and 30 kwh of battery storage would be awesome. It would add icing to the cake to have a lot of solar gain in the house during the winter plus propane heating, cooking, and water heating.

I found that squirrels sometimes mess with those hedge apples. Years went by and there weren't many squirrels where I was ( habitat type), but over time the trees got bigger and they showed up. That's when I started seeing those things ripped open.

Lived in Romney area a while back. This is very interesting property. You don't mention if they have or are planning to have an HOA. Never buy a property with an HOA .!!.

Wow that little stream flowing so well with the drought. I can tell you still have drought due to how brown and bare the ground looks with sparse grass. So there's some good springs feeding it.

Great cabin and land, yes some might say a bit pricey but actually a fair price in today's market and area. Just wonder if the smell from the nearby chicken houses wafts up there regularly? I've passed on some amazing pieces of land due to nearby chicken houses and the smells they can bring.

Stunning property.. the views are breathtaking, and the house shows very nice. I like how it was built, I like having a basement and all the extra room. The kitchen.. oh my goodness 😮❤👍 whoever buys this property is lucky to call it home.
