The thing works well for the doorbell and video when someone presses the doorbell but it also is suppose tohave sensitivity low, med & high you set what you want and it will go off wherever triggered without pressing doorbell. Well it works great if I leave the app open on that screen but if close it it seems to diaconnect from the network. How do I keep it scanning 24/7 without it disconnecting from the network?!.. Help please

@alankahts8317 This camera is a 4g camera. For 4g cameras, you will need to insert a sim card. But for WiFi camera, you don't need to insert sim card. Kindly let me know if your camera is a 4G type or WiFi type.

Yes, it's possible. There is a wifi version of the camera that allows wifi connection. There is a 4g version that allows a sim card and not wifi connection. There is a hybrid version that uses both a sim card and wifi connection

This useless video does not show or help to explain the undecipherable Chinese instructions for setting motion parameters - no explanation of the inappropriate terms used in the instructions. Screenshots here do not match reality. 4 hours of trial parameter setting combinations did not result in any successful motion-only videos, only continuous useless recording. Reboots, resets, reformats, reconnects ... NOTHING really worked to effect useful operation. Who needs their memory card full of useless no-motion videos??? Appears to be more typical idiotic dumping of defective junk onto the world market.
