Thank you. For your first question; you can do that in your phone notification settings. Go to your phone notification settings, choose the app, and allow notification. Your second question; it doesn't support that.

If someone rings the bell, and I answer, so that i can see the person, but i don't speak, will the others perspn know that i have answered? Because, maybe I'd like to see who it is at my door, but don't want to talk to them, and don't want them to know i am home.

Ones you answer, the chime goes off, and your doorbell ringtone goes off. The visitor could sense that you have answered. Plus, there is this sound the doorbell makes when you pick up.

The binding process is not always a one-time thing. You might have to try it for 4 to 6 times before it successfully binds.

Two things, if you are a first-time user, you might have to go through the stress of binding it. If you have connected your doorbell to your phone before, it might be an Internet issue.

I was also frustrated the first time I used it. That was why i made this video. Ensure that your Bluetooth is on. Also, the doorbell requires an Internet connection. Reset and try the process all again. If it fails, try it 3 to 4 times.

Mine didn’t come with a bracket. It came with a piece of tape to tape it to the wall, and I already have it on the outside of my door. The only thing I need to know and I config configurated it only thing I need to know is how to set up the camera for it.

If it's not coming on, even after charging it, you might have to open it up. After unscrewing it, check the cables if they are connected. If it persists, you might have to change the battery.
