​@@zyst6 sorry haven't had a chance to respond, there is basically 3 answers to floodgates. 1.) option cards that kill them 2.) play floodgates killers, I don't play them but porcupamon is ran sometimes to kill floodgates 3.) most fun option, eat the cost of a big level 6 to kill it. Just play that creepymon for 12 😂😂

I’ve been experimenting with removing some of the Barrages or Seventh Divine Cruz to add some of those options. But I find fighting Floodgates isn’t super common right now, so I’m still trying to figure out how much to commit to it

Hi, voice in the video here 1. We explain why we prefer mother as the egg over a traditional black base in the video, plus the entire game plan is to establish tamers and Digimon while using the mother shoto combo to keep the opponent at bay 2. We don't really like the new chaosdramon from 17. Yes the protection is strong but the other 2 lvl 6's have better removal or can be played for cheaper combined with supreme connection, dedigivolve is just way to strong and removing smaller bodies is easier to do with the inheritables instead. Ontop if that we also just don't think that the new chaos gets enough sources under itself to be viable in this deck. And 3.) the hybrids you suggested are interesting and we are looking into them, but they are bt18 cards which we don't have do we? As they are delayed to no end in the UK and this decklist was the one she played at regionals at the beginning of this month which is clearly explained

​@@shadowoflaughter 1. I understand the strength of having mother as an egg & its defensive utility. One of the points I brought up is once a digimon is established, its likely the opponent was given enough memory to take care of it (such as through effect removal). Considering how machiedramon is a high cost deck esp with no rookies to build off of & have protection in raising. Meaning, rather than having guaranteed access to options with the egg, its reliant on establishing a black tamer or a digi on board with the hope it won't be dealt with the following turn. & as someone who plays the deck, if my board gets dealt with, many times, attack of the heavy mobil gives the clap back to answer the opponent. & am able to get that off because of the black egg. Example. In greymon it's the difference of being able to activate gai force for instant removal vs hoping to have or building up a wargrey/blackwargrey stack in order to activate hades force. 2. Thats decent reasoning on bt17 Chaosdramon. Though it does tuck a machiondramon & a lv 5 under it & it is reliant on following up with Chaos X. I have just been beat up on by yellow v/@/x & other yellow removal so much that having that almost universal protection is needed for me in my book. If digimon had a side deck then that would be an obvious side card rather than main card. 3. That makes sense. We just got it here in the states. In all, it's obviously a great deck yu0 got there hence the results. Its just that with my experience with the deck & some of the struggles that have been faced with it, its hard to see how this deck gets consistent momentum on being able to answer the opponents answer. It would be great to see some test matches with the deck.

Owner of the deck here🙋‍♀️ Tai was ran in previous versions of the deck but with the new collision stuff and the amount of deletion/dedigivolve there was nothing that was really getting a chance to be bigger than machinedra to actually make him useful^^ otherwise later game with shuu it's been really helpful have that extra security attack and reboot since I've had whole turns were my opponent has had nothing on board to cause the trashing effects this build wants to utilise, making the game go horribly slow and give them time to stall. Shoto was at 3 but we raised him to 4 for consistency and for the fact there was no downside to not lol

even if the deck is built perfectly the pilot of the deck can still mess up also this event the 8 rounds of swiss where a best of one so all it took was 1 merstake and you loss the game

@@LumusTCG if you ever need questions I can gladly to answer, I try a lot of techs in the past and post banlist but current build is great so far for the past 2 weeks

Got some questions how do you think the deck fears in ex7 with mother shoto and similar decks running around are u changing your build for ex7 also do you run any aces ATM

@@LumusTCG I’m on the thought of running four high-speed plug in (currently only running two) and the deck will be overall still great just you have to change the playstyle when facing mother shoto. I do run two aces just the imperial PM ace, I go back and forth of running two or one but he is a must to have in the deck. You can still be Agro against mother shoto, there will be time you will rely on plug in or flamedramon to help out to proc mag x or get rid of their sec fast. You can even run jesmon gx as a tech but then again it depends how often you will encounter mother shoto.

hya sorry for taking so long to replay i been in the middle of moving. sadly no sparking does not work with zorras it has to be normal dragonic vanquisher, i am just using the cards i have atm as getting vangaurd cards is not that easy in my area

You're not being a nuisance in fact I welcome the questions. Armour break is a strong card just getting him to hand when you need him is not the easiest with what is out there. I personally love gauntlet buster I plan on using 3 of them in my end build for when I am going first and hitting grade 3 he puts on a lot of pressure. With all this being said it's your deck and if you find fun using some cards over others go for it, the way I see all TCGs they are a game for fun first and foremost but it should be fun for everyone not just the winner.

The Level 4 Line Up Is The Easyest Thing To Change Up In The Deck And Play Around The Most, Also The Mega Line Up As Well Is The Same Really
