Best suggestion I can think of is a mattebox for your camera, they are designed to prevent/ reduce glare

i am using a webcam and my phone i am looking into getting a go pro to replace my phone i will look to see if i can find anything like a mattebox for them but thank you for the suggestion it is much appreciated

Try a polarizing filter. I own one for my Canon camera and I've seen a few people in the wild using adapters for their phones, allowing attachments of more affordable polarizing filters.

We Did Get One And It Has Helpped A Little I Am Hoping To Try It With A Go Pro Like Camera Since I Beleave It Has Better Exposure Setting Then My Phone To See If Thats The Next Step Of The Puzzle
