That’s fun. I got back from a trip to San Francisco. I bought a general supply of cucumbers. Unfortunately, the box containing the cucumbers and my abalone never arrived home…. Of course, I had more goodies in there too, that I purchased. I have some, and I also purchased some from online. I’ll be returning the first part of next year to San Francisco, this time I’m going to make sure my box with the sea cucumbers. I never had dried sea cucumbers before, I’ve only had fresh. This morning, I put half of one into my breakfast. I was slightly disappointed because I didn’t taste anything. Fresh sea cucumbers, have a very slight delicate taste. More flavor can be put in by the water they’re boiled in. But this is already known. I have no idea how much I need to eat. We living in San Diego. I had about 2 to 3 sea cucumbers twice a week. I’m pretty sure from my experience that that would be a good average, but I’m not sure. I did not weigh to see cucumbers. Because of the water content, I’m pretty sure it would very. I had moved up my trip to San Francisco because of not receiving the one box I looking forward to.

A friend gave me a piece of Oregano and now I have it all over my yard. All I do is throw it on the ground and it takes root and is beautiful and useful. Thankyou for the helpful information😊

I had the wuhan flu in May and had a really bad deep rattling cough. Was on nebulizer with little results. Started oregano oil and bay leaf in hot water and my cough that I had for almost 3 months is finally gone in as little a week.

Is it cause of kidney stones?
@FerozAbuNaser
@FerozAbuNaser 4 ай бұрын
Too much consumption of any spinach can lead to kidney stones. A moderate amount of about 100g a day should be safe to consume considering its other nutritional benefits.

1 tsp. dried Oregano Leaves = 2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano Sprinkle over pizza or add 1/2 tsp. to 2 cups spaghetti sauce. Gives a Mediterranean flair to chicken, fish, tomatoes, potatoes and rice. Add a zesty flavor to sautéed zucchini, squash, eggplant and mushrooms. Great in tomato or minestrone soups.

I have lots of this at my parents' home garden. In thrives well in hot climate, and can last long in the fridge better than normal spinach. I love these than normal spinach now due to the crunch and flavor.
