Folks windshield tinting is illegal except Hawaii which is 70% or at least that is what it used to be. All states that I know of is nothing below the AS1 line or as some states say 6" from the top.

I’d take my coil spring ram 2500 over a ford f250 with leafs anytime. Even tho fords have leafs they are not heavy enough and squat really bad

The numbers stand for like 500 lbs each for the 5000 series I got actually towing shocks /load stablelizer they are also extra 500lbs each got them on my 04 ram 1500 they where like $175 for both so ya

When I got my 2024 I lucked out with it having factory air bags. If not would have gotten aftermarket airbags or stepped up to 3500.

When my funds hit just right my set up is timbren bumpstop with tuf truck HD spring

I bought a 3500 for this very reason, I wanted leaf springs

Thanks for the video. I was trying to decide tint for the windshield. I am going to be doing 35%. Were i live, there is plenty of lighting and my SUV def needs it for that big windshield I know it will make a big difference for keeping all the heat out including the weathertech sunshades

I have a 2007 Dodge 2500 with the 6.7, the first year they had the 6.7 and also the first year with a DPF. There were a lot of issues with this model year and the 6.7, especially the DPF clogging up around 10k miles. Mine didn't clog up until 65k in 2013 for $3,100 to replace, so I thought I was lucky. But the stealership told me at that time to always run the exhaust break, and I have since but never knew why until now. With 135k on the truck now there have been no known issues with the turbo at all and thankfully none the DPF. I know, low mileage for a diesel but still. Another tip was never idle for too long but if I do there is a trick to raise the idle while in park, turn on the cruise control and hit the set button twice and it will bring it up to 1200 rpm. You can also adjust it higher. I know the new fancy models will automatically raise the idle and the whole reason is to keep the DPF happy, more pressure pushing the exhaust through and higher temp. Ohhh.....after the DPF failed (it failed again after just 8k but they replaced it for free) I do not take the truck for short trips (running to the store, etc) since its not enough to get the engine and exhaust to high temp. The DPF hates short trips Ohh...my truck doesn't required DEF either...HAHA!!! 😛 I hope this helps someone out there in internet land.

tbh the 35% windshield with 20% all round is definitely the best way to go, i got it today after watching this video and even then my visibility at night is still great, but when you look inside the car u cant see SHIT

With the added cost of the intake it you're actually losing money on mpg. 1 mpg gain doesn't equate to the cost of the intake. So it's basically useless.

Yo man ik this video is old but look up windshield static stickers. You won’t have to cut that spot out u can stick the static stickers to your inspection and reg and then they legit just stay on by static can peel and move as many times as u like
