we bought a kubota L4760 with loader,bucket,forks and blower for pretty cheap deal for $39,000 wich the deere dealer wanted rediculas for a 30hp with out the loader,and attachments wich they wanted $89,900 tracor alone wich was rediculas for little 30hp unit

I got the exact same setup but l2501 even the backhoe and grapple but with r14’s. Everyone told me to go bigger but I still wish I got the 2610 a lot of the time. I grew up with a b7800 which is practically the same tractor but 30hp pre emissions. It isn’t very good on lawns and is definitely more utility/construction oriented. It’s a little underpowered at times with the pto or hills. It’s definitely more stable when I’m moving around trees with the grapple or my plow on the forks though and the loader is much beefier. Same backhoe so nothing different there. I think eventually I’ll downsize and also grab a skid steer for heavier jobs I do for work.

Nice tractor. I went with the B2601. My 7 acres is mostly wooded. I can maneuver in tight spots. For me the B2601 was the perfect blend of size and power for me.

Morning John...Thanks for your videos. Im looking at the LX 2620 which I beleive is the replacement for the 2610?? First time owner and I have 5 acres of land and my around the house property where I would use it for snow, gravel and fire wood cutting. Sounds like your happy with your purchase.

Nobody ever mentions the weight difference, they say that the L is heavier but thats it ... the B2601 is 16?? lbs, the LX2610 is 18?? lbs, and the L2501 is 28?? lbs .... at least 1000 lbs heavier 😳. Very significant, probably more stable and more capable doing loader and backhoe ground work. Anyway i really like that you can get a cab from the factory for the LX if needed and the other options, too.

Yes, after putting this video out I realized that I didn’t talk about the L series getting heavier as that was a decision I had to make as well. Didn’t want something too heavy to tear up my grass when I eventually get some 🤓

Thing that sucks about the l2501 is no cab option. I’ll take the lx2610 with a cab over a 2501, plus that adds more weight to the 2610.

@@JohnWargo93that’s why we went LX. Loved my L3300 but sold when we moved across country (sadly) and it def left ruts in the lawn. Wanted as big as possible without the ruts so went LX 3520.

Thanks for the descriptive video on why you chose your tractor. I'm going back and forth with the B2601 and the LX2610. Did you find a significant difference in the cost of the implements for the LX2610 over the B2601?

@@mikecoo9933 happy to help someone! And negative, both tractors use the same exact backhoe, buckets, grapple, etc. A slightly bigger front loader on the LX, but otherwise all the same.

Was go to trade in my mx5200 hst,4wd with loader and back hole 350 hrs. 30,000 trade in . Going to bobcat ct5558 with cab. Better tractor.

Did the whole kit from Kubota. So it’s a Land Pride attachment and then whatever 3rd function they put on oem.
