The woes of 3D printing to exact tolerances. Unlike other equipment like lathes and mills that can use exact measurements, prints need about .3mm of wiggle room to account for the material being used and solidifying. Measuring exactly, the print will always be too tight as shown in your video.

I built my own, total cost £25, but I am using a remote power bank situated in a spare m4 pouch on my rig. Your obvious issues are that the Nov unit inlet is at the bottom and your helmet pouch is mostly blocking the inlet. The Nov dial and turbo button are on the top of the unit, and your pouch flap completely cover both making access impossible when secured. The pipe that comes with the unit is thinwall so it kinks easily. You can get same inner diameter silicone pipe (6mm id) off the web and use 8mm or 9mm outside diameter. Much more resistant to kinking and choking off your airflow.

Hello James. I won a G&G ARP 9 ‘Ice’ in a raffle at Spec Ops, Bloxworth a couple of weeks ago. Now I’m wanting to get a HPA engine installed but I’d also like to get the barrel, hand guard extended so it looks similar in length and could set it up similar to this, also get some internal upgrades fitted that you would advise … Could you advise me on the absolute top notch HPA engine (Would LOVE one that adds recoil but not sure if they exist) .. Now I already have a Wolverine HP Storm regulator that has been absolutely flawless since I bought it so this tells me Wolverine make quality stuff … Have bought stuff from you when you were in Colnbrook, you fixed a pistol of mine free of charge although I had it for a month or 2 so 100% trust your judgement and advice … Would even get you to do the work for me in the new year if your up for it … Let me know your thoughts.

i had three and they all broke. utter shit headsets. i purchased a replica FCS AMP headset and they're a milliot times better. you wasted your money unfortunately

S10 mic is for their cheap Mod4 headset ($50 headset on aliexpress, bang for buck at that price), not sure why you got one... S10D (the one that comes with Mark3) is supposed to be better at picking up the voice (and isolating other noises). Also worth noting is that Earmor uses MilSpec PTT so you need it to be the REAL PTT or a military wired chinese (or earmor) PTT. I'm not sure if the mic needs to be amplified via PTT on Mark3 or not tho... Maybe that's why you got 2 mics? Since the one that comes with Mark3 has 150ohm impedance. Not sure...

Glad you're feeling better. How does the earpro work with safety specs? I use prescription Oakleys, and it looks like they'd be a pain in the arse? I love the look of the setup, and have used real Peltors for shooting, but this looks like it could be uncomfortable to integrate comfortably with specs, nods, etc?

Truthfully I don't like those helmet connectors, I prefer the novritch premium helmet connectors. They are easy to mount, spring retention is strong and they are really reliable .

I think you need the blowback to reset the hammer. Try doing it again with a mag in and dryfire it :)
