hiii. i saw that you only mention ticks and tapeworms must be performed within 48 hrs of entry to PH for dogs. how about for cats? is it necessary for them to receive anti ticks before flight too or not? thank you!

Hi missing supporting documents for your PCC request. You can try uploading request letter to where your will use the PCC or else better call the metrash hotline to verify the issue.

Hello.. i would.like.to know what if i used credit card or debit card to pay my PCC is declined? What would be the possible issue for declining the card? Or is it need to use card issued here in qatar or is it okey to used card issues from outside Qatar? Thanks

Hi I didn't encounter this issue, however one of the possibility is that maybe your card does not allow international payment, anyway just check with your issuing bank. As per experience Qatar issued card has no problem in paying for PCC.

Hi maam I suggest to call the airlines you are travelling with since they may have some updated regulations. But since pets from Qatar does not require quarantine there is a chance you may claim them same in baggage area.

There must be something missing in power of attorney ..that would be the reason why they are not accepting.. Make sure the power of attorney is attested by a lawyer and MEA and Qatar embassy in India ... Then you give the attorney to the person who is applying on your behalf ..that person has to get the power of attorney attested by MOFA in Qatar ..then.. itself CEID will accept the power of attorney

If any ex residents of qatar who have resided in qatar for 6 months or more and left Qatar and now want to move to another country..they would have to apply PCC from their country and from Qatar aswell . There are 2 ways which are faster 1 is come down to Qatar on visit visa or visa on arrival and apply personally .you will get PCC within 3 days. 2 make a power of attorney on one of your known person ex friend , relative . They will apply on Ur behalf .you will get the PCC within 4 days

Hi, Sharing an info.... Those who are applying for PCC through Metrash , a message pops up, Asking to update finger print. Please Visit CEID office at Salwa road and this can be done easily. If the above is not getting updated in the system after two days, Visit CEID office again and take 'D' Series Token which is dedicatedly for seeing Captain. He will update it in the system instantly.
