There must be something missing in power of attorney ..that would be the reason why they are not accepting.. Make sure the power of attorney is attested by a lawyer and MEA and Qatar embassy in India ... Then you give the attorney to the person who is applying on your behalf ..that person has to get the power of attorney attested by MOFA in Qatar ..then.. itself CEID will accept the power of attorney

Hi I didn't encounter this issue, however one of the possibility is that maybe your card does not allow international payment, anyway just check with your issuing bank. As per experience Qatar issued card has no problem in paying for PCC.

You will not get message. If it is already approved then go to directly to CEID with your QID. Be sure you can open your metrash because they will ask for the reference number. No need to attest pcc if to be used in Qatar

PCC for expats (who lived in Qatar for over six months, but have left Qatar now) If you are an expat who has left Qatar, but once lived in Qatar for over six months: you can visit Qatar and apply personally with the documents given in the ‘Required documents’ section. you can send a representative who has a power of attorney that states that person will apply on your behalf in obtaining the PCC with the documents given in the ‘Required documents’ section. you can pay a visit to your nearest Qatar Embassy with the documents given in the ‘Required documents’ section. you can apply through mail/post to the CIED in Qatar with the documents given in the ‘Required documents’ section. Hi once you open metrash and click follow application no need to input anything if you are requesting for yourself. Just press directly the search at the bottom right in your screen and it will direct you to the next page where you need to upload the requirement why you need police clearance

yes po, during my time required po yung stamp ng MOFA. Para magkaroon ka ng stamp ng MOFA you need also the stamp from the Philippine embassy in Qatar. Then only the backside showing the stamp yung need nyo po iupload. Technically dapat hindi expired ang NBI clearance.

Hi, Sharing an info.... Those who are applying for PCC through Metrash , a message pops up, Asking to update finger print. Please Visit CEID office at Salwa road and this can be done easily. If the above is not getting updated in the system after two days, Visit CEID office again and take 'D' Series Token which is dedicatedly for seeing Captain. He will update it in the system instantly.
