I just played a match against a Crooked Cook deck. I remembered I had an Xtra HERO but I took it out of my HERO Deck because of the fusion festival. I still had Masked HERO Anki and won the duel.

I played against a person with Crooked Cook with a Solfachord Deck but instead of using piercing dmg I instead used my opponent’s crooked cook along with I:P Masquerena to Link Summon Underworld Goddess. Plus Crooked Cook was their last resort.

i had a duel against a crooked cook player some days ago, and my only out was me summoning world legacy sword and use its effect to special summon a token on his field everytime i special summon from the extra deck to make him not immune to card effects

I actually managed to beat the cook at full power with the monarch deck by taking exodia out of his hand and waiting for him to run out of cards.

Ah I remember negating a cook twice and when they finally got it out I just hit it with a good ol Kaiju. Good times.

Ever since a lot of people use crooked cook and indestructible monster, I always include King Beowulf, King Zero Laplace and Devine Zero King Rage in my pure DDD deck for piercing dmg.

found a guy who knew how to use crooked cook a bit better than this guy, but i do find it funny that i was running my own hero deck and realized one of the xtra heroes i almost never used had piercing damage lol. My opponent did however take it like a champ and didn't surrender even when i was about to win, lol.

yeah, crooked cook is not as invulnerable as one might think, its a pretty solid defense though, thats why i run handtraps deck with exodia, final countdown, lots of general searchers and the crooked cook cards, i even put some kaijus or some bounces to defend against piercing damage cards, and keep a backup in case he gets countered, cuz you basically can counter the cook with more stuff other than piercing damage, you can kaiju him, put tokens on his side, wait for the other side to use anything other than the cook, go around him, (like toons) but for anything that targets him, he just doesnt care XD
