The red is a single pigment colour (PR108) that's why there's no colour shift. The purple is mixed from 2 pigments - PV62 and PR108, that's why you can see the red separating out. Same with the black, it's mixed from PR108 and PBK11. In theory, you can replicate these colours yourself using single pigment tubes/pans of each of the colours listed above. Daniel Smith has some nice granulating single pigment coloirs that would be useful. You could also just purchase the yellow and red and use other paints to mix your own colours as these are the granulating primaries. Thank you for the comparison - I can only get the 5ml pans where I live.

I love your channel. I have made a lot of progress using your techniques. I am not sure why you want a weird ai version of you though… we are artists, ai does not make art..

Karin are wonderful markers, but you usually make promotion of extremely expensive products $280.00 for a box of markers 😮 I really love your art and I wish I could have that talent

Maremi, It is because the Kuretake are not true watercolors. They are part ink. I did research on them many years ago. I wanted to know why they were so different from other watercolor paints. Do your test over again using a true watercolor palette instead of the Kuretake.

Please give more details. I tried to follow, and it dis not work at all. Not enough paint on the dots, very disheartening

I know this is an older video posting, but I’m trying to do the wreath and really struggling using the watercolors on a spoon. The paint water ratio is critical and mine runs everywhere. So obviously I have too much water. OK my third attempt. I also think your paint must be thicker maybe? I’ll keep trying.!

Both are gorgeous. I would use the glitter one as a greeting card, the non-glitter for framing.

Your tutorials are wonderful- so cheerful and reassuring, they are a pleasure to watch and your instruction is excellent. These flowers are so much fun to create along with the doodling afterward!! instead of glitter I have been using a little gold and silver metallic paint. Thank you so much for posting❤❤❤
