I am loving these dot paintings! It's much less daunting to put some drops of colour onto paper, and swiping with your brush. If you don't like it, try again. It feels less wasteful than how I normally paint (which is to over analyze every movement I make, then trash it when I feel it's not good enough). Please keep exploring these projects, they are absolutely invaluable!

Definitely YES, would love to see more dot paintings, they are great, I'm sure you never make two the same. The colours flowing & making so many beautiful patterns where the paints meet and react in a special way. Dot painting can be as simple style for a beginner to follow. It's up to you how you make those petals sing. It covers all levels and I'm enjoying Dot Painting. YES TO DOT PAINTING!

I couldn’t wait to try this out, it looks great and relatively easy to do. I was wrong. It’s not as easy as you think but I’m a beginner in watercolour. I love your technique. Have you ever tried an Elegant Writer pen/marker? It’s black but when you brush water over it, it melts into reds and blues. I bet it would be pretty with your technique.
