Why haven't you deleted this video yet? Everything you said has been thoroughly debunked. You sound like a childish tool. It wouldn't make any sense for Sasuke to be stronger when it isnt his story. The entire point of the series was to show Naruto's rise to the top. He overcame all obstacles and helped save the world. Him becoming the hokage was symbolic of him becoming the strongest shinobi in the world. There's no reason that would randomly change. Sasuke will never surpass Naruto because that is not the purpose of his character. He is a supporter, not a leader. Him refusing a new arm, as well as recently losing his rinnegan, is symbolic of that.
