Thank you kindly, I did, although I did make a modification because I tend to find corn a bit too soft when cooked in the soup, so I pre-cooked it on a pan, but everything else I followed it and it came out pretty damn well....well except I should have minced the chicken more.

Hi! This is one of my childhood favourites. Please advise when chefs say sesame oil, do they mean plain sesame oil or toasted sesame oil? I saw the colour of the sesame oil that you used was brown.

Hi, you can certainly do the same recipe with drumsticks and thigh, as I have done. Chicken breast may be more challenging because the white meat is not as good for a long braise.

It’s also a matter of taste and preference… I always add corn in my chicken soup, and just egg white, the same way as this recipe.. But even with the whole egg will be great !!! Who can resist a yaaaamyyyyy chicken soup like this !! 😋😋
