Uhhh both? Reforger has a built in downloader, so the mods aren't annoying like they are in A3, since you need no restart, no manual turning on of mods, just click join and it will do all the hard work for you.

Decided to give this a game a try after 5k hours In Tarkov been playing the last 2 months and have 30mil in stash and haven’t spent a dime playing mainly lockdown farm I don’t buy t6 anything and have no problem killing other geared players games fun as hell

I am happy you are enjoying the game, but I never said that it is impossible to play without paying. My issue is just knowing that someone CAN pay for ANY gear that I could spend hours grinding for. For me personally, P2W like this puts me off the game. If you are okay with this, then enjoy the game to your heart's content.

@@scrapcuz8370 This is a terrible way to justify P2W, trying to make this about all consumption, not just gaming is just wrong. Video games have only more recently on PC featured P2W, the VAST MAJORITY of games do not feature P2W, or if they do, they are not the ability to buy anything in the game and are something slightly less blatantly P2W (which I can endure if I really like the game). If you want to justify your game being sleezy and being P2W, that is fine, I think that normalizing stuff like this will only make PC gaming, both free to play and non free to play have even more P2W, which I, and I believe the majority of PC players do not want. Enjoy the game as you will, but you can both claim that the P2W doesn't impact your experience while also being okay with saying "I'd rather this wasn't in the game" also.

I have over 5K hours in Arma 3... It's sad that the servers were trash with barely 40fps on beast of the machines... And now this Reforger looks like Arma 2 graphics, and movement looks Attack helicopters graphics.... :( sadge

@ i think it’s just a bit misleading especially since the game is free since i play the AB mobile and there’s a lot of events,faction wars, and gamemodes like 4v4 and spec ops and all of them are gonna come to ABI so you saying that there’s essentially no content compared to tarkov is you know kinda meh

@@jizzchugger I understand it is free, but that comes with the downside of the entire topic of the video, if you enjoy the game, I'm happy to hear, I am just an EFT fan speaking my opinion. If the game didn't have the downside of the topic of the video, I would probably actually try it out again, but for many and many others, this is a deal breaker, I would rather it was NOT free and didn't have strong P2W features. I never denied it was going to get updates, I know the mobile game has a lot more weapons, gamemodes and maps than the PC version, again I was just talking about what the game is now, not what it could be. This video was made on release day.

@ tbh a lot of people will play this game as is solely because for us asians,south Americans,africans we can’t shell out 50 to 250 dollars for a game that we might not even like. Most of the people defending this games comes from us east Asian folks we are used to monetization in games and having a good quality game i can grind for free is really rare these days so having stuff like arena breakout is a game changer for a lot of us including me who doesn’t have the money to buy tarkov the only thing i don’t like about this game is being able to buy koen but tbf it doesn’t affect my matches that badly also i would have actually bought tarkov but seeing how bad the standard edition was it just didn’t feel like it’s worth it yknow?

@@Psialso not a lot of people actually buy koen out of the hundreds of people i met in discord, facebook and in game I haven’t found people who buy koen mostly just the case or battle pass but that’s it though i think with ABI leaning towards western audiences the monetization should hopefully get resolved

Arma 3 wasteland never hit like Arma 2 wasteland did, I think a lot of that was to do with the lack of base building objects by default on Arma 3, there were just so many fewer. Arma 2 had a lot because Arma 2 OA was out before Wasteland even became popular.
