Some rental van companies that want their vehicles back,will charge you $1 to tack it back,some will even fill it up for you. You would just need to pay the ferry crossing.

Drive safe and not sleepy - 0 safety rating in those old forward control vans. I dont think L300 have beeper if you leave head lights on if you turn the car off, be sure of that. Also check the spare tyre condition behind the rear bumper. You dont want it to fail in the middle of nowhere. With the high roof its quite roomy! Keep passports etc safe if you go for a walk, they are super easy to break into - mine was in just a few minutes during the daytime. On the other side of where you are Tawharanui is cool(basic) too and Sandspit campground. There is so much more to Auckland then just the downtown area, you've got the Newmarket District, Westgate, Manukau City, Orminston etc those are all food & shopping areas too.

Of course 😊 i love uluwatu! But its definitely touristic. If you really want to see more nature you should go to Sidemen or visit Lombok 😊 enjoy!!

Since 2023 all price go up 300% not worth that price for that low level life style in not convincing,dirty ,polluted area ,compare to Singapore is like 5* Singapore to Bali 1* but price same ,few years ago was deal but now I can live like king in top world location same price

Unfortunately, rotovegas is a 1 stop visit, never again type of thing. As a local its totally directed at visitors, so been there tried it once you wont come back. This is why sadly the kiwi park closed down after covid. Happy you got to see it once.
