Amazing…thanks for bringing this to us, especially since history seems to present advancements like these with such a European emphasis. Loved the mama dog drying off and giving you that “let a bitch live” look back. 😂

Thank you for your very videos. My wife introduced me to your channel, as we are looking into moving part time or full time to México, Morelia, to be exact once we retire. Your videos are very educational and humorous all at once. We appreciate your sincerity, and we got to admit, excellent choice in music.

Alfie, I have an idea for a place to video in the future....the small town of Tlacotalpan, Veracruz. A beautiful place on the Río Papaloapan, and the home of the famous composer/musician Agustín Lara. The peaceful and slow moving river flows by the town and with the general tropical ambience it creates the atmosphere of García Márquez' fictional town, Macondo. I can picture you being filmed at a table on the malecón by the river drinking a torito. You would like the place.

I'm watching this CDMX series two years after you posted to prepare for my first trip to Mexico (and I've lived in Southern California for over 20 years.) I was supposed to go back to Tokyo this fall (the other greatest city in the world) but I've been priced out - just waited too long to book everything. My other option was CDMX, and your videos have made me really excited to spend time there as a solo traveler. You really made me laugh out loud, and you travel how I like to, as well - a good balance of site-seeing, food that leans toward local, connecting with people and dogs and taking in the place. Your love of travel shines through. Thanks for all the great information and for being truly entertaining.
