The Laughing Cow cheese! Whenever my parents gave a party back in the '70s, they bought that cheese. We kids got a kick out of it, mainly because of the cow logo.

I found this cheese from my walmart. It's apple and hardwood smoked cheddar. I'm excited to try it.

Salami secchi is “dry” salami: pronounced sek- ee in Italian.. Boursin is a French spread so Boar-sah(n). Gouda is Dutch, so gow-dah …Lovely layout on your charcuterie/fromage board! Eucalyptus may be too pungent for a food board and is toxic?..I think..thanks for the tip on the food grade mineral oil. You take good care of your guests!

These are awesome! Im going to make these for my air bnb guests. I leave my home while they stay and leave many wonderfuk snacks ( fruit trays, sweets etc think il add a slice of french stick in it.
