Could you tell me how you would store these, if you needed to make 50-60 for an event? I prefer the look of the cones but cups would lay flat in the fridge.
@amazinggrazeboards2 жыл бұрын
Oh thanks a tough one. I personally, would prep everything the night before. Have cheeses all open, cup and meats prepped the night before. Then assemble the day of. You risk having things dried out or just soggy unfortunately if you assemble too early

I’m exhaustively searching for disposable cellophane cone bags for individually packed cones. The cones are 7 inches like yours and I’ve tried three sizes of disposable bags and none fit. Can you help?
@amazinggrazeboards2 жыл бұрын
Hm Im sorry youve been out of luck on this. There are other cone sizes to fit whatever size bags you did purchase. I would assume you need to have at least 2-3 more inches at least on the bags to fit the cone and toping

How can you prep them a day prior?
@amazinggrazeboards3 жыл бұрын
Great question! For sure wash any fruits and separate them per cone. Pull out all the items you’ll be using to build your cones. When it comes to meat and cheese that’s tough. Getting the olives and cornichones on the stick is easy to do the day before and stored in fridge in a container. Cheese dries out in the fridge if it’s not sealed properly or precut. Plus meat can do the same. I would say if you have everything else ready to go the meat and cheese should go faster.
