It's probably because of old DH, i think he cause such lags. Because i'm playing with it rn and having like 2x more frames than in this video, while my cpu is much cheaper

The Ray Tracing being used in Continuum RT is very much real. You may be mixing up RTX, which is an umbrella term for Nvidia's latest GPU lineup and accompanying technologies, which includes dedicated RT cores that accelerate Ray Tracing, and other technologies that aren't specifically for RT, like DLSS. None of that is required to do Ray Tracing though, it just makes certain implementations of it much faster. We plan to make use of it in the future, via updates to our shaders mod (Focal Engine), but for now, we're executing our Ray Tracing on the GPU, via it's shader cores / compute, and not the RT cores. Same math, just slower and a bit more limited due to the way we're currently forced to do it. But yea, point is, it's still very much 'Ray Tracing'. You can even do Ray Tracing on a CPU if you want, it's just slower.

Both Continuum 2.1 and Stratum, yes. In fact, the Continuum Early Access pack that includes 2.1 right now will also give users access to future Continuum Early Access shaders, like Continuum Legacy and Continuum 2.2/3.0, when they're available. Continuum RT is the only one that's different, being a monthly sub, but even there, you keep when you got access to during a sub period forever.
