Följde denna video till punkt o pricka då jag har en likadan pump. Problemet var att när jag satte igång pumpen så sprutar det ut vatten och smuts som samlats på fläkten som sitter bakom lamellerna. Vet ej om jag gjorde något fel men tänker att de borde hända nån mer än bara mig?

I see you tighten the tensioner clockwise with the allen key, like haynes also describes it, although not 100% clear.. I also see some People tightening it anti clockwise but end result is the same I believe looking at the design of the tensioner.

Hej! Tack! För en bra Video. Jag spände min Kamrem så som du gör i Videon. Genom att vrida insexnyckeln medurs, tills pinnen pekar rakt upp mot aluminium knoppen som sitter på blocket. I en annan Video där han bytte kamrem på en Volvo motor, där det satt 2 stycken kugghjul där uppe till dom 2 kamaxlarna. När han skulle spänna sin nya kamrem, då sa han att det är Fel håll att spänna kam remmen genom att vrida Spännaren medurs. Enligt honom ska man vrida moturs tills pinnen pekar rakt upp mot aluminium knoppen på blocket. Vad tror du om detta? Har du tillgång till Vida? Där i kanske man kan se vilket som är rätt håll. Och vad kan hända om man har spänt åt ”Fel” håll? Jag personligen tror ju att det går lika bra att spänna åt båda hållen. Så länge man drar åt spännarens bult med tillräcklig kraft/ Moment. Mvh. Hi ! I think I have a same issue on my XC90 D5 - when I accelerate and take my foot off gas pedal I get a hissing noise (shshshshh) - did you have a same issue? I will check my pipes tmrw morning but let me know so I can follow your advice! Probably same issue ? Thank you

Hi was wondering how long these Lemforder last on your car, I changed mine engine mounts with Lemforder less than two years ago and the vibrations got back two months ago so now I just don’t know which brand to get, i know MB originals is best but they are pricey… same engine same car same wheels same package 😊

@@mackanistheshit it’s still about two extra years than mines, so i think it’s not so bad for aftermarket, if you remember, did you checked the boxes of the mounts in which country they were produced, because Lemforder nowadays have factories everywhere, on the box of mines it was made in China (lucky me)

@@savaivanov8987 I don’t remember the origin unfortunately, and I do tow a quite heavy caravan from time to time (2tones) I can imagine it puts the mounts under some extra stress

@@mackanistheshit also the car itself is quite heavy, and these engines make a lot of vibration, another thing I noticed when the original mounts died the vibration was different than the vibration that i have now with the Lemforder, may be they are not totally dead but they just get softer in time

Thanks for this. I couldn't get the hose connection at the firewall to fit, until I removed a tapered black plastic piece in front of the o-ring. The old part didn't have that plastic piece either. Then it fit. Ordered from FCP Euro. No leaks, works as it should. (The other two hose connections were tapered.)

This maybe OK on a Mercedes diesel but no way does this method apply to an E320 V6. The exhaust manifolds stop you dead in your tracks because you can't undo the top bolt. End of story!

Update: Recommendet to NOT buy / use Lemförder Engine Mounts. Lemförder was actually the supplier of Mercedes parts, but the quality has reached an underground level. Look for Corteco Parts instead.
