VW Caddy, alternator pulley and auxiliary belt replacement. 1.9 TDI BLS

The vehicle is a Volkswagen Caddy 1,9 TDI 105hp BLS engine. (2007)
So the parts used in this video is:
Alternator pulley: CONTITECH AP9001 B: 42,4mm
Belt and tensioner kit: GATES K016PK1053

Hi, Is it normal with the engine on idle , for the round aluminium part of the tensioner to move at all?
