It doesn't matter how powerful something is compared to another. You can only take an amount that is acceptable without od. Drinking a lot of water is deadly too but we all swim in the ocean. The only ones who benefit from a stronger drug is those who sell it. Also besides real opioids being safer they actually make you feel better where fent just an unhappy drug with a worst come down. I've taken 5 ml of hydro and can't stop smiling but a fent injection at the hospital and I was literally feeling bad. Not nausea not sick just a general feeling of shitty

That was an amazing lecture on a very interesting subject. I feel to lessen the damage to cardiac muscle from an MI is key to successful outcomes for patients who would experience an MI. In emergency medicine the saying "time is tissue" applies to the heart and brain and since neither will regenerate after it dies, the only other alternative is to find a way to reduce the size of the event. Excellent presentation. Thank you

I have a question my brother had 58 NG/ML of fentynal and 140 of methamphetamine and 18 of nor-fentnaly and 5.5 of acetyl- fentynal. And what I read is 11.4 is enough to kill someone my question is how was my brother coherent enough to inject that amount into his body I'm about 100% certain his fiance shot him up but she won't admit to it. My question is would he have even been awake enough with that amount in his system?

I had a 300$ dollar a day of Heroin, about 4-6 2mg Xanax and 100-200$ of coke in the early 2000’s. It took time to build that tolerance and I did OD at times. However since there is no quality control making these drugs since they are being made in a 3rd world country by a bunch of greedy bottom feeders. I could have done more and at times I could have done less and times I ODed. It happens all the time. As an x addict, we are never having a good time and hiding from reality. It’s a 2nd job keeping up with a habit you can’t kick. Believe me 100% of the time the addict is thinking about who and when they are gonna get their next high so they don’t get sick. The sicknesses comes on quick the more you do. For me, it cost 100$ just to wake up in the morning and make it to work, when I worked. They maintain all day not to get helplessly I’ll.

Meth. If you need more than one kind of fent then you are going to die.

i know this is a old post but ran across your comment while doing some research. when someone has a high tolerance they can take massive amounts of drugs just to get up in the morning so it is very possible. sounds like a tragedy and my condolences to you.
