Remember seeing Sphere at the Avon Gorge hotel in Bristol when Andy had long hair and there were punks sitting on the floor enjoying it. This documentary brings back fond memories.

Ive been a follower of this amazing man playing t His saxophone since he was with Sphere as a young beautiful man and also playing the flute. I guess I love him and his music through the years and many concerts and clubs and would love to see him play live again. Thankyou so much for this video ⭐️

So strange how they don't mention Sphere with Andy and Geoff Williams. So many great nights listening to that band in Bristol in the early eighties.

Great! I played on the same venue as Andy at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark ( when they had jazz. In a small tent well away from the Pop music area) way back, probably the time this interview/documentary was made. I play tenor and soprano also. I really dug his playing. It is real if you know what I mean.
