Why isn't this take on the song the reference pt? And for all his talent, intellect, and insight, why aren't Harry's versions of standards usually the go-to? I see that some are asking this sort of question in the comments. It's because there were so many equally brilliant artists in the past and particularly more expressive vocalists. Yes, Harry is a nice singer. But in this instance, for example, his voice doesn't carry the punch that Sinatra's does nor does it have the storytelling quality of Tony Bennett's.
