But the real plan of Enrile was to extradite Marcos to Hawaii so Enrile can control the Philippines without Marcoses. 1979-1989是中国和西方国家“第一次蜜月期”，是以对越南的政治战争为开端，当时的中国从西德购买的雷达设备，美国给予中国的卫星地图，包括苏联军队在蒙古国境内的详细部署情况。 中国和越南的战争从来都不是主要重点，西方关心的是苏联。中国关心的是未来可能的中国苏联战争，关心的是中国和西方经济合作。 这场只有28天的战争的结果，就是苏联宁可打阿富汗，也没帮越南解围。 我在评论中没有看到任何对于越南正面的政治成果，刻意的避免讨论黎笋的政策，以及80年代后效果如何，仅仅停留在战争本身局部胜利上，并且意淫至今。
