I was indeed very fortunate to attend this LEC-DEM on my beloved brother GNB. VIDHUSHI GAYATHRI VENKARAGHAVAN, in BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAVAN, I think in Jan, 2024. What a heartwarming tribute to a great maestro ❤ We have never got to listen to his music live / even know many of personal anecdotes of this great person. Thank you so much GV akka, for enlightening us with his wonderful compositions and the affection and camaraderie he had with his clan and students and his love for Devi (like our Shymudu) is so wonderful to know through this lecture. This is definitely a treasure for posterity. Hoping to hear a full fledged thematic concert of GNB sir's composition from you ❤️😇🙏

Parasuram Sir: What a feast! It is a cliche that music is an ocean. When I heard your Lec-Dem of 2 hours, I felt you were expounding and making people understand the true meaning of that cliche with example after example, not just about Tillana. Being adept in both Hindustani and Carnatic, you painted the expansive ocean with waves as well as gave a glimpse of its depth. You took me under the iceberg!
