The FX markets, crypto trading markets, and so much of these manipulated markets are a straight scam. It is a zero sum game with the tilt being the actions of the FED or in crypto, players like Tether which create bogus money and take massive manipulating actions which only a small group of insiders know about early to take action on to make tht 0 sum game a losing game for the masses. Its a game that is psychologically addicting for small ballers, its a game where a small group of advanced traders leveraging bots and pattern creators and manipulators get to shake the wealth out of the 90% and then further adding to the devastation of the masses.. FED policy being announced early to these institutional players. Understanding options versus leverage, interest rate impacts, trade balance impacts and other FA is not actually out of reach of many investors, but theyre still in a casino with a hole in the bottom of the bag that feeds insiders. I think that this is all part of the fiat system scam in a global financial system that is rigged against the regular people who instead of speculating should just be able to save. Due to a very long time of lower than inflation interest rates, many felt that they had to speculate in high risk assets and trade to be able to get ahead or even maintain their savings which is sad. Even having gotten into crypto early myself and held onto some coins that appreciated well, I still think too many people are taking on way too much risk in this bubble that I believe were in. I do feel alot safer about keeping some of my savings in silver and gold but P/E ratios in equities are horrible and dividends stocks even in some of the best international markets are lower than the inflation rates while still the underlying equities have so much vulnerability to a bubble pop that its vastly not worth it. I also believe that western real estate markets are in a massive bubble.. So what the hell do moderately intelligent people invest their money in?? how do we protect our wealth for the future and keep up the inspiration to keep going to work?? FK this financial system.. just sayin' Personally I have done thousands of hours of research in crypto and commodities and I got some places I feel relieved about but my portfolio is totally unhealthy.. and the implications for regular society is ghastly.

At some point our system needs to grow up and start treating Patent Trolls, and any one who supports them like the terrorists they really are. To sue every user, is insane. They might as well be attempting to bankrupt every since citizen with a wage under 3 million a year. But Any judge or lawyer who defends this nonsense should be disbarred and jailed forever. But specifically the Trolls are obviously targeting fish big enough to pad the pockets of the Trolls, but too small to fight back, rather than all users. Firstly the people who defend this should be removed from the system. Secondly The trolls need to be sued into the stone age and laws need to be passed that destroy this behavior. Lastly the system need to become respectful of individual patent owners who are at this time mostly at the mercy of the insanity of lawyers and other owners. The whole process as it stands, prohibits creativity, drains the market and is without question Unconstitutional. Scary how muck of this insanity is all cross-linked and how many offices are legit fronts. It's long over due for the Federal Government to take notice and bring down the hammer.

There’s got to be something small to medium businesses can do to group together and lobby Congress to pass a law of standards of steps i.e. a flowchart type process which must be performed to pass in order to sue for Patent Infringement; If you don’t get to the end of the flowchart, then you can’t file a suit.

All these examples of patents are flat out frivolous and completely absurd. The BASIC question is this; How is the Patent Office and Courts approving these ‘thought’ patents ? All this can be avoided by the patent office not filing frivolous claims.

You cant tell me that the Patent officers arent being paid money to approve any bogus patent that gets submitted for review from a Lawyer/inventor or said lawyers associate. There needs to be a tribulal set up to re-review newly awarded/suspect patents if litigation is newly acted out upon by shelf companies.

The real corruption is not the patent trolls (as obviously evil as they are) but the US Patent Office-seriously what kind of office would issue a genuine patent for a telephone in the 21st century or sideways swinging on a swing?
