I have completed 3 years of my bachelor,IL am eligible according to criteria but the results of 6th semester not declare yet,,,Can I apply with the DMC ( transcript) of 4th semester? Or wait untill the result declare?

This university has a problem for higher degree whereby you need to be picked by a supervisor. That is the problem, they usually pick oyinbos and Asians. Remember, that is the composition of their faculty. It looks good but checkout the number of naija students with first class turned down yearly.

What's the name of this University? You omitted something and that's the aspect of International Students fee exemption. It's not easy raising money in West African Countries.
