It’s the same answer, but state what the uncle does and how much they earn in a year. Supported with a bank statement. I hope this helps

After getting a Sponsorship letter from government or your district assembly can UK Embassy ask for their bank statement.

it depends on the nature. Whether is was a common refusal of not meeting the requirement for the visa that you applied for or whether it was refused for misrepresentation or usage of false document. The latter would affect your assessment for sure. If it was for first reason above, you have to demonstrate that your circumstances have changed since your last application. Thanks
