I loved the forrest green tile with the wood and marble on the hill house. I think I will barrow the design. The Olive Hill house was my favorite but the price seemed high for what you get and the condition it was in.

I enjoy your weekly tours. Afterall, who doesn't like looking at (mostly) beautiful homes. I was wondering what ever happened to 4347 Marina Dr? That was such a fabulous property and I think it was bank owned. Hopefully it isn't being torn-down and sold for it's lot. Thanks!

Three spectacular homes......only one looked lived-in. Are some of these homes owned by corporations as investments?

The last one felt like home. I could make memories there. Walkable too. That sets it apart. That would be my choice. The 2nd one was better than the 1st one. To me, the rocky beach is a detractor. If it were sand, maybe. But my neighbor would be staring at me. But that’s just me. The 2nd one had never-ending views and space and the neighbor was far enough away that it felt private.

🌴🌴🌴 I Just started watching this first home and I don’t think that I’ll have anything negative to say about it! It’s a beautiful modern open feeling home 🏡. And you know that I love those epoxy garage floors. The magnificent views are out of this world 🌎. (I’m thinking that Bromi might have been impressed with this one ?😂😂)… 2cd This one is just a little too modern for me (I know the first one was modern but had a warm feeling to it) The outside is probably one of my favorite parts. But the inside felt too much like a museum. A ton of awesome detail work throughout this one. Just not my taste 😢. #3 WOW what a beautiful walk to the front door 😮! Small but awesome kitchen. Now This feels like a home. The backyard feels like a dream 💭. So this has got to be my most favorite home today 😊. Thank you for sharing the previous sale price when you can. Stunning first Beach home inviting from front door straight to the Ocean view back of property. Love the salon chair master bathroom and elevator in the house. Nice that there will be a sound wall eventually. stunning views and access to the beach I wish there was more sand. 2nd house again living-room with Oblong glass ceiling sky natural light, into the kitchen nice. I am sold again the ocean views plenty of lawn (grounding or a game of whatever you want) seem less outdoor to indoor living. floor & wall treatments high end & never out of style classic choice of materials. Each room looked like a master.. Striking choice of materials in each bathroom yet unique in stunningly beautiful. I loved the second home joe! your own work out room & sauna leading right to the outside and we just over the top beautiful. lots of wow factor. sold! 3rd house so quaint and perfect for a couple very nice choice Joe thank you for showing us the houses. Yeah I only had about 25 million laying around. lol😂 much love & light to you & viewers! Peace!

None of these homes are worth a million dollars. All three had horrible designs. They looked like cheap track homes with dome nicer finishes. No thank you.

The roofline of the first condos reminds me of an A&W Root Beer. I'm just not feeling it for 6 million.

No 3 huge property. Grounds are amazing. The home itself seems disjointed to me. It doesn’t seem to flow. I’m in Australia 🇦🇺 and I enjoy watching your property viewings so much. Thanks.

The modern house high up with the ocean views perhaps has a motivated seller because they’re tired of their house almost burning to the ground every year or two with the fires.

Thrid house was pleasant to me dated kitchen needs updating perhaps. always enjoy you both for a great ride along.❤

#1 Great finishes, nice proximity to ocean, but I would try for something with better views. #2 Nice vibe. The kitchen was a disappointment. #3 The brickwork and topiaries were a huge design mistake, maybe okay for its time. I would plaster over all the brick, round the edges, change the landscaping to Mediterranean, but still that layout was not good.

🌴🌴🌴 welcome to the Joe and Bromi show 🎊❗️Where almost anything can happen 😂 #1 Well… Before you even walk into the condo it just looks like some very expensive apartments with a great location. I do Love the light colored Wood floors and the perfect kitchen setup for the size of this home. That patio looks very welcoming. I really like the tile work in the first bathroom. This style of homes just isn’t my taste but I’m sure that tons of other people would fall in love with it. #2 I truly appreciate the large windows with the vaulted ceiling’s. So far none of these homes gives me the wow factor. The porch on this one is so awesome. The kitchen to me is a huge letdown. The ADU looks perfect 👍 #3 The first big room as you walk in it kind of confusing with a Dinning area so far from the kitchen. The family room next to the kitchen looks inviting 👍. The kitchen looks nice especially if you like to bake a lot because of the large work areas there. Regarding the garage.. I still don’t understand it when someone is asking millions of dollars for a home, Why don’t they spend $4-6 Thousand dollars on Treating them with Epoxy flooring?? That is an awesome office. That downstairs bedroom reminds me of some crazy LSD trips with that wallpaper 😂😂. WOW 😮all that wallpaper is tripping me out 😮! I really like the beautiful landscaping out back. The Waterfall and pond are over the top. One of the homes I built when the economy was doing great I spent about $100,K on my front yard that included a huge pond with 3 natural rock waterfalls. There’s just something about water features that brings such a wonderful feeling to any home. The extra acre next door is something you don’t see much of these days especially in S.B. Thank you so much for including the square footage given the details of each property. It’s a better visual when you know how big the spaces. Also, on the first condo, the HOA’s were very expensive. But we did not see what was included in the amenities for that amount of money per month. Not like I can afford it but curious. Also on that first condo when you guys went to go look at the water, to the right it looked like there was stairs the lead down maybe a pathway to the beach?

House two by far my favorite.

House #2 - the backyard made me appreciate the brilliance of the shadow/light design - the pergola, the tree shade, the lush grass between the flagstones - so beautiful.

If you can't build on it what are you going to do?😅 Why does every parcel have to be built out? Just keep something extra, something NICE TO HAVE!🧐

🌴🌴🌴 Hi 👋🏼 Mr. Joe The first pud is a nice home. The upstairs bathroom could use some updating, Decent size bedrooms, Cute backyard area. It feels a little too chopped up for me. This would be a great way to get into the Santa Barbara real estate market. Or a very nice “Lock it and leave it” getaway home 🏡. BTW those HOA Fees scare me these days because of how crazy the insurance companies have been and I don’t see an end to that with all the natural disasters everywhere in our Country. Some one has to pay for that and unfortunately they make everyone pay 💰 😢 2cd Walking to the front door looked kind of ugly to me Then BAM 💥 once you walked in it really shocked me in a good way 😊. Small but nicely done Condo from the all the flooring to the vaulted ceiling’s. But for a couple hundred thousand more? I’d much rather take the first home 🏡. Did this condo have inside laundry? Santa Barbara Condos. 3rd Nice clean small home/condo. Very welcoming back patio for outdoor dining. Always a great thing to have a garage. The second bedroom was nice but felt very small 😢. The master bedroom was smaller than I expected and that little deck up there looked cute but I’m sure wouldn’t get used much for coffee or just sitting out there. And I have to say that I’ve always loved newer built homes 😊. I do Love the location. #4 WOW 😮❗️ I’m Definitely impressed! Awesome floors and that huge fireplace is epic. That little outdoor dining area is perfect. Nice thick wooden doors, adequate but small kitchen for those who enjoy cooking, very large garage for all your toys, I love the second floor master bedroom and bathroom 😊. The third floor patio is a great place with great views. Interesting that the bedroom on the third floor didn’t have a dedicated closet. Awesome location and if money wasn’t an issue I’d Definitely pick this one. Very Santa Barbara feeling. Speaking of the Real Estate Market… I still think that we will get to double digits in rates and things will have to get worse before anything gets better. The next 4 years is going to be very strange. Right now I’m doing a lot of studying on how to purchase Liens on properties. I believe that this is a huge opportunity that should not be looked over. Near State st ideal. 2 nd for me is small, good for single, or a couple. nice & quiet.3 rd earthquake insurance thats great. it was alright. fun ride along thank you, love the parks, beaches are the best. ❤ 3rd ohh my love the location & nice Condo. fun! So the stocks went up cryptocurrency is going up all kinds of things happening within a day or two and some great improvements. In many ways I would my guess is that within from now as in the next four months, it's gonna be interesting to see what happens.❤

I agree with all of your comments on this home. Having that nice sized backyard is definitely a plus. It pretty much checked off all the boxes as to what I would like from a house. On a separate note Mobile Homes are magnets for disasters. 😂😂😢 And THANK YOU for letting us know what the previous sales prices were. I always like to know that. 👍 #3. The entry part outside is absolutely beautiful. This is a luxurious and well designed home. This is a very expensive home but doesn’t feel “Gaudy” in anyway. The stained glass in the stairwell is very warming. Now the backyard, Cabana and pool?? What else could you ask for. This is a wonderful home 🏡.
