Tour Montecito's Luxury Homes: From Ranch Style Elegance To Beachfront Grandeur!

Went to Brooks Institute in late 80's and drove between the Montecito + Santa Barbara + Riveria Campus on the regular. Always curious what the interior of some of these homes looked liked. Your channel provides this access. Awesome. Vacationed in Santa Barbara with my family earlier this month and it remains a beautiful southern California oasis for those fortunate enough to call it home.

Home #1 was AMAZING!!! Loved the large kitchen, was not a fan of the open shower in the master bathroom and the yard was fabulous but was surprised it was missing a pool! That would have put it as a "have to have" but loved the sauna and outdoor bathroom for easy access. Love your surfer talk at the house on Padaro. LOL

The yard is great. I wish the house had a extra bedroom. You are right. It’s modest in size. I would prefer a four bedroom three bath.

🎉🎉🎉 MAN that 1st house has the best landscaping that I’ve seen in a while. The house itself didn’t do much for me but the Surrounding landscape is something worth writing home about ❤😂😂. Now the 2cd house really didn’t do anything for me. Please don’t get me wrong, All of these houses are incredible and beautiful. I must say that i Love the location of it and it looks like there’s a lot of wildlife that cruises around. House #3 Perfect location, Nice beach vibe shown throughout the house, loved the clear glass subway tile, who could ask for better views? A lot of warm feelings in this house, seemed like every room was a very nice size, Lots of natural light, and a lot of other cool features. BUT… No Garage?? From trying to find the front door to walking through this house ,, It just seemed like a very strange layout 😮! I find it kind of funny how these multi million dollar homes don’t have a Pot Filler above the stovetops. Anyways… Thank you so much Joe for bringing us another awesome tour of homes in Santa Barbara. ps, I would love to come down to visit and also do a “Ride Along” with you. Even if it’s just one house. Joe another great video with Joe! I really liked the house with all of the gardens in the great room of in all the different gardening areas and rosebushes and cool little places you go to was hoping for a water like a pool or something but I like the seclusion. Second hills like the outside of the wood did not do it for me, but I just like a certain style so it might work for somebody else. Love the beach house love being on the beach not crazy about not having a garage. The house has to have a wow factor in it for me and the two houses I like liked the wow factor was outside of the house if that makes any sense, Joe? Have a super day. Thank you once again.❤

love the 2 to 10 mill range...It seems like after 10 mill you get into a nitch group which I hope you get but that just my perspective form Palm Springs...I see my neighbor who has a 12 mill homes for sale and everyone else house is worth under 5 ....The agents tell me they're only so many people that are spending over 10....Just a thought...Love your vids

It’s unique and people with the money feel it’s one of the safest real estate markets to be in. 44% of all deals in our area are all cash, even the stuff over $10M. It’s astonishing!

Yes it does, but that in-ground spa looked like one of those swim spas that you swim against the current.

So the first house cost doubled in 7 to 8 years, huh? It's not worth the price. I wish folks were smart enough to stop buying for a year or so, and these stupid prices would no longer exist. Oh boy, pay millions and have to listen to kids screaming, nope. These homes are very ordinary, oh well. But other than that, you did well in presenting them. Hope you make a lot of money.

None of these homes are worth a million dollars. All three had horrible designs. They looked like cheap track homes with dome nicer finishes. No thank you.
