I had a dingo and my dad was thrown off it when he hit a rut. Ultimately it caused a serious back injury. I wouldn’t own the machine you show here. The design is off and doesnt place enough weight where it is needed to safely operate in the Terran that type of machine needs to operate. It needs longer tracks and more counter weight behind the rear sprocket.

We are praying for those poor souls who lost their lives and property. Take care and thanks for your posts.. You've helped me a lot. ❤ Shalom/gw

My ship is at port now. Hopefully I’ll get it soon. My 450 took 3 weeks after it arrived at port. It’s just awful what’s happening in LA. They say there is no rain in sight but more strong winds are coming this week. It’s just unbelievable how unprepared they were/are. Very sad. A friend of mine always dreamed of living in So Cal. He bought a fixer upper in malibu two years ago. He lost his house this week. Nothing left.

As for the snow, it covers everything, no matter how ugly it is, with a beautiful blanket of white. It always reminds me of the Bible verse: "Though your sins be as Scarlet they'll be white snow ". Its just fact of life. Things just break . There was this short on yt on my feed, where this guy comments on different mini skid steer that had some weld break after 15h was quite condescending on it because cheap and from CN, he bought it because of bucket for cheap. So he owns 50k made in USA mini skid steer , that had head gasket blown after 150h, and not a single bad word about it, just its covered by warranty. Its interesting to see peoples attitude towards things when they pay big money and when they pay little.

You are mistaken where the mini made. IT IS USA made. The KYMRON XH20D Pro Mini Excavator is produced in Muskogee, Oklahoma. KYMRON is an Oklahoma-based company. KYMRON machinery is based in Oklahoma, and over half of the assembly is done in the United States. KYMRON machines are available to customers across the country through dealers and shipping partners. KYMRON machinery is designed to be accessible to customers who might otherwise be unable to afford or obtain the equipment. The machinery is built with a variety of engines, including KUBOTA, Perkins, Cummins, Yanmar, Briggs & Stratton, and Vanguard. KYMRON machinery also uses Parker and Eaton hydraulic drives and pumps

I have an ATV with an angled plow, a 29" snowblower and a recently acquired ZX-16D with a 24" material bucket. I primarily use the ATV to clear snow, it's fast (plowing at 10-12 mph) but if you get a lot of snow, you can't throw it higher than about 2 feet. I've started using the excavator to move the snow piles away from the sides of the driveway. It works, is fun (for me anyway) but I wish I could turn the bucket around. I think that would improve the snow moving capabilities. Finally, I use a broom and leaf blower to get all the snow out of the tracks and boom areas before I put it away. You don't want that stuff to freeze up around anything that moves.
@OurLifeInTrees2 күн бұрын
That’s awesome. Today I used my XH20D mini excavator clearing the driveway and it was amazing. Love it.
@chirgs27642 күн бұрын
Just an idea, clamp a 6 to 8 foot - 10x2 or larger timber in the 4in1 bucket to help push the snow like a snow plough.

@chirgs27642 күн бұрын
@@OurLifeInTrees that is sad, but like everything, it takes time, let alone the extra money. Keep it simple and keep it fun....
@josephbenge87072 күн бұрын
Keep in mind, its sometimes the little things that make some machines cost more money. The things you mentioned can easily be remedied by someone with some ingenuity and mechanical know-how. Im looking to get something in the near future for some things i need to get done on my property, id like to have a mini ex and a skid steer, but can only afford one. So its probably buy one and rent the other. Decisions 🫤
@OurLifeInTrees2 күн бұрын
I agree that it’s a rough decision. I personally like the mini skid better. It’s faster and I have about more attachments for it. It’s easier to get on and off of than the mini excavator. I really like both machines though.

How long does one let a machine warm up before one gouges hydraulics? I never read that chapter in the owners manual. Thanks.
@brianh23242 күн бұрын
1st, you don't get off machine and leave bucket raised. 2nd, you never stand under a raised bucket.. EVER.. even a small mini loader will kill you. A employee where I would did that and the bucket came down. Freak accident, but it killed him that day

What do you suggest I should have done? Snowed in, out in the sticks of Oklahoma. Load up and drive to California and help fight fires? Take a time out day to mourn and shut down my KZbin channel? Or express my sincerest condolences and continue on with my life? Terrible things happen to people everyday. Terrible things happen to all of us. What do we do? Continue on with our lives to be best of our abilities, try to be a positive influence on the world, and make the best of our lives. I choose the latter and will continue to do so.
