Glad I stumbled on to this. I had never heard of Billy Sandlin prior to seeing this although I am familiar with Claire Lynch. This is an excellent version of Some of Shelly's Blues. Can someone tell me how long it's been since Billy passed?

Billy Sandlin passed away on October 25, 2020 after a battle of many years with cancer.

Wayne Henderson's dreadnought was the best dreadnought i've ever played by a long country mile. If I had the money I'd buy this in a second, its like buying a rare california ferrari for a charity, damn what a great opportunity, cheers and best of luck to this incredibly generous gift to a wonderful cause!
