If the fry pan handle was not flipped in this direction of nesting it the pan would not pack as a lid on the pot. Best remedy is scoop your food out of the pan without lifting it by the handle.

Anyone using aluminum cookware, trash it! Aluminum is a neurotoxin. Cooking in aluminum pots and pans leaches aluminum into your food and beverages! Especially acidic foods. Titanium is the way to go. Expensive, but worth it.

The third step I'm not able to pull that nozzle out , it's very tight! Any suggestions ? I don't want to use a plier and possibly damage it or the tube

They are the PERFECT balance from an athletic shoe vs off-road. I purchased 2 pairs b/c I love them so much. If they had a little more rock plate/midsole firmness, they would be the perfect approach shoe.

How long did it last before having to get a new one? I’ve had the indinglo expedition analog watches and they only last at most 6 months, this is my first shock, if it craters in under 6 months I’m going to pony up and buy a expensive one.

This product is designed to fail in approx. 16 days. The rubber piece WILL separate from the plastic as the bond or glue is very poor. I made the mistake of getting a replacement shipped to me thinking it was a Fluke.... well the new one came and broke 17 days of use in the same way. and what do you know? I am no longer eligible for full refund since my 30 days have been exceeded. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Take the full refund!

I just got one of these, and the ear flappy thing is the same material, and as I have bog ears, it only covers the top 2/3 of my ear. Thanks for the review, Can I ask, how have you found it in rain. Is is waterproof/ shower proof or anything. Thanks

They must have reinforced the frying pan handle because I just bought mine, and it LOCKS into place. It still swivels the same direction, but they made it MUCH sturdier.

I work in the construction industry and I'm constantly surrounded by grit and dust. I've never had a problem with my Casio's buttons not working, even when covered in plaster/cement. At the end of the working day, I can use my thumbnail to scrape off the hardened cement/plaster. The acrylic crystal does get scratched, but the scratches can be buffed out. So for that reason, I cannot buy a Timex expedition.

I'm a casio fan as well, but the Timex Ironman Classic 30 Oversized for example does not have any issue with the buttons, and are as tough as the G-shock's. Yes, I know one can argue the G-shock is built better and rated higher for shock and water resistance resistance. But in the real world I have found zero difference. The Ironman watches are incredibly tough and reliable. And I personally think the Ironman watches have a better display layout and easier to read display with bigger numbers. And I personally like the better less bulky styling. The casio protrek (analog/digital) is my personal favorite over the G-shock's but the Timex Ironman Classic 30 is a great watch and is my go to tool/beater watch. I'm not a fan of Timex analogs but the digital Ironman is a well deserved classic.

@@ryokan9120 It takes a CR2025 battery which should be good for between 5 and 10 years, similar to many of the budget casio digitals. I haven't owned the Classic 30 long enough to say for sure though. But it's a long time.

Thanks, my Casio has a 10+ year battery life out of the box, and I don't trust myself to change the battery without potentially damaging the waterproofing, so I think I might stick with the Casio, because it really stands up to the rough and filthy demands of the construction site, and I'm not sure if the Timex is tested in such an environment, but thanks for the tip.@@1Sparrow1

Definitely against 0 Drop shoes. Leads to injury most of the time. Looking at the condition of those lases and the closeness synching together I would say they were way to tight. Possibility of the GTX material blowing out as well. Next time just lace the show starting from the second or third lace webbing up and not from the front.

3 years after your post ,. solid review brother . I just found a pair in my size and ordered them . I have the Quest 4's set up for the gnar gnar but I wanted to grab a pair of X Ultra 3's before they are all gone . Think I got the last pair of 10.5's in the US and Europe :) stoked !

DO NOT BUY. It's actually the very worst mouthpiece I've ever used. It's extremely cheap material. The soft plastic was bitten through and the three separate pieces fell apart shortly after the 30 day window. It's terrible.

Just purchased these so we’ll see but I chose these over the foxelli hiking boots and the Merrell Moab 2’s,was leaning toward the Merrell’s but I like how the traction looks and the lightweight of the Solomon’s. I’ve been a keen guy for years but my second pair of targhee 2’s lasted one month! Yes one month! Of landscaping use. They busted on both sides in the front of each boot. I’m hard on my gear at work and play (hiking) but one month of use is just not acceptable for $170. Maybe it was an outlier but I don’t want to take that chance again so I got some good thorogood boots for work (happy so far) and I’m looking forward to hiking in these.
